This is a five-day, very intensive training course followed by four days of observation as the new trainers learn how to teach the two-day IPC team training.
The course is limited to no more than six trainers per IPC instructor. The training includes three video feedback sessions as well as detailed instruction and practice of adult learning techniques.
Included in the Teaming Up® certification is instruction and certification in the use of the Forté Survey for all teams. This simple but effective instrument helps teams learn how to communicate more effectively with one another. It helps teams deal with conflict and helps coaches in working with individual team members. It is an invaluable tool for any organization that wants better team work.
Forté certification includes a Leader’s Guide of over 400 pages and detailed instruction on how to teach and use the Forté Survey. IPC is one of a very few organizations that is authorized to certify Forté trainers. Certification is awarded through the Forté Institute.
