Forté Survey

How do you maximize a team’s communication?

Team members often have communication problems and conflicts that are rooted in simple differences. The Forté Comunication Survey highlights these differences and the training teaches how to use differences as strengths. The Forté is a fascinating and easy tool to help team members learn to adjust to one another and stay focused on the task.

Who is it for?
Teams at any level (class size limited to 20 participants)
Decription:

This is one of our most popular products and can be completed with teams in a 4-hour session. It is very interactive and quickly leads people to understand one another and see value in different styles of communication. Each team member takes a 10-minute online survey a few days before class and immediately receives an 8-page report. They print the report and bring it to class.

IPC associates teach eight different communication styles by using the results of the participants’ surveys. The Forté is a strength-based instrument where all profiles are equally valid. There are no right or wrong, good or bad, answers.

The purpose of the course is to help team members see differences as natural and beneficial for the team. These differences can also be harmful for the team if incorrectly applied. By the end of the session, virtually all teams report that they had a lot of fun but, more important, they understand each other much better.

Dozens of coaches and managers have reported that their teams improved rapidly after the Forté class. Continued use of the Forté by a certified coach is recommended.
